You could just send your messages out into the world and hope with fingers crossed some of them will stick. That in the cacophony of businesses and brands clamouring to be noticed, yours just might get noticed too. It’s been known to happen.
Or you could just stop wasting your time and energy, and your money of course, and start focusing on the people who want to hear from you.
People who have made the effort to seek you out – on your website, on social platforms, or just by walking into your store or calling up your business for information on your product or service. When they do, are you geared up to make their experience worthwhile? Give them the answers they seek? Offer them a service standard worthy of their time?
Make it easy for these seekers to do business with you. Make sure they take back an experience they’ll share with their networks.
